Tom Frearson
— Founder & Head Coach
Tom served as a Royal Marines Commando, gaining the foundations of resilience, discipline, and operating under pressure. After military service, he went on to work as a hostile environment security consultant, leading, training, and coordinating teams across the Horn of Africa and Nigeria in anti-piracy and high-threat operations.
This period demanded calm decision-making, clear communication, and the ability to lead diverse teams in unpredictable, high-stakes situations — principles now core to Be Fearsome Leadership.
Before joining the Royal Marines Commandos, Tom was an overweight university dropout with little direction, which is why he believes strongly that high performance is developed, not inherited.
