Nexus is a fully immersive, systems-based team challenge designed to develop leadership, communication, and decision-making under pressure.

Built using advanced experiential training technology, Nexus places teams into a live scenario where they must interpret fragmented information, solve interconnected challenges, and work together to unlock a wider system.

As teams progress, the environment responds. Systems unlock. New information is revealed. The challenge evolves.

This is not a linear task. It is a dynamic system — where clarity, coordination, and decision-making determine success.

Teams operate in groups of 8–10, working together to:

Gather and interpret information
Identify what is relevant
Solve technical and logical challenges
Coordinate actions across the team

Single-Space Challenge

Fully contained immersive environment in one space.

Duration: 30 or 90 minutes.

Focus: Communication, collaboration, structured problem-solving.

Multi-Space Challenge

Challenges distributed across multiple areas.

Focus: Coordination, leadership, communication under pressure.

Site-Wide Experience

Full-scale immersive challenge across wider environment Includes:

Movement between locations
Time to locate challenges
